I teach sticking to this plan religiously during the week and then on the weekends if you want to splurge a little, do it, because the monotony of the same thing everyday forever would make anyone want to cheat - Knowing there is a reward to work towards allows one to accomplish their goals. This diet is rather new, but it is based on a healthy balance of carbs, fats, and protein actually it is fairly low carb, low fat, and higher on the protein side - it was devised by a company called ideal health and was purchased by donald trump a few months back.
