- I doubt you have much toxic stuff in your body that would be easily removed by a special food or supplement. Colonics and cleansing the colon in general is a bunch of crap, figuratively and literally. The liver is not prone to clogging. Our innards generally work very well, especially at your age. Just eat right, even some alcohol is OK, red wine maybe a bit better than others although Guiness has been shown to have some very healthy stuff in it too and exercise 30 minutes a day. Good luck
